The contrasting waistband, V neck trim, and flip sleeves are all created in Plumeria, which is also a dual chrome color shift spandex. This hot little number is a real stunner, with a cute little ruffle rump in back! No zipper on this one, just smoooth stretch, step in through the neck and pull it up over the shoulders to get in the suit. (Its really stretchy!) If you prefer to
